Nicole Legate, PhD

Nikki is a motivation psychologist who aims to motivate people from within, in ways that align with people’s core values, in the research, teaching, clinical, and consulting work that she does. She studies promoting resilience in historically excluded groups, and how to promote inclusivity in the broader population. She is an associate professor in psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rochester in 2014, and before that graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA in 2006.

Netta Weinstein, PhD

Netta is a social and motivation psychologist who is interested in learning how we can best optimize deeply felt motivation, well-being, and positive change. She is an associate professor in psychology at the University of Reading, UK, a research associate at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford, and honorary research fellow at Cardiff University. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rochester in 2010.

Maya Al-Khouja, PhD

Maya is a social and motivation psychologist who recently earned her Ph.D. from Cardiff University, UK. She currently works as a Research Technician for both University of Reading and Durham University on complimentary projects on prejudice reduction and creating inclusive environments in UK Policing.
